East Bay Services provides website information and a referral / matching service. We do not perform crawl space repairs, yard or landscaping work, irrigation installation or repair, or any construction. Licensed work is performed solely by independently licensed Florida contractors under agreements between you and them.

No guarantee of match, price, or outcome
We do not guarantee contractor availability, pricing, or outcomes. We may decline inquiries outside our footprint or that are not a fit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, East Bay Services LLC is not liable for contractor workmanship, delays, property damage, personal injury, or consequential damages arising from work performed by third-party contractors. Our role is limited to matching / referral.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for disputes relating to the matching service shall be in courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
