The loop

One Work File (“Your job file”) is the triage packet at /f/<short-id> — capture, packet, estimates. East Bay matches; partners do the work. No East Bay job-money custody.

  1. Shoot — Photos + silent video of the issue. Audio recording is OFF (including issue-sound) until Founder reopens with all-party consent (Fla. Stat. § 934.03).
  2. Packet — We build a triage routing file — not a PE report.
  3. Three licenses — Up to three contractors who fit trade, license class, and live metro.
  4. You pick — We do not assign a random crew.
  5. Match — Licensed partners you choose — East Bay does not hold job money or run the job.
  6. Named person at the door — ID at arrival → closeout photos → conditional lien path → payout after accept.
