East Bay Services (“we”) operates eastbayservices.com as a matching and referral service. This policy explains how we handle information you submit.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, ZIP, street if given)
- Service need and problem descriptions you choose to send
- Call metadata from our tracking number
- Basic site analytics if enabled
How we use it
We use inquiry information to refer you to a licensed contractor partner for the relevant vertical in the Tampa Bay area, to respond to questions about the matching service, and to improve the website.
Sharing
When you call or submit a form, we may share your inquiry with an independently licensed Florida contractor. That contractor becomes responsible for how they store and use your information under their own policies once the lead is transferred. We may use processors (hosting, form delivery such as FormSubmit, call tracking, email) that only handle data to provide those services.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) when enabled in site configuration. Analytics is currently off until a measurement ID is configured. When enabled:
- We use GA4 only to understand aggregate traffic and improve this matching hub (pages viewed, device type, referral sources).
- We configure IP anonymization where available and do not turn on Google signals / ads personalization for this property by default.
- We do not sell your personal information or inquiry data.
- East Bay remains a matching-only service — analytics does not change how referrals work.
- To opt out of analytics cookies used by this site when GA4 is enabled, email hello@eastbayservices.com and we will honor a reasonable opt-out request for future visits where we control the tag.
Form submissions and call tracking are separate from analytics and are used to match you with a licensed contractor partner (see above).
Your choices
Email hello@eastbayservices.com to request access corrections or to ask us not to make further referral use of a pending inquiry (if not already transferred).
