How it works
Customer view of the US marketplace loop. Everything lives in one Work File — customers call it Your job file — at /f/<short-id>. Matching opens only where a verified licensed roster is live. First live metro: Tampa Bay — more metros as rosters go live.

- Capture — Photos + silent video into the Work File; issue-sound only; voices void the clip. Capture rules →
- Packet — Triage routing inside the same file (not a PE report / not engineering diagnosis). The packet →
- Match — Up to three contractors who fit trade + license class + live metro see the packet in the file. Match →
- You pick — Compare estimates in the Work File and accept one. We do not assign a random crew.
- Fund / hold — Stripe hold (partner TBD) on the accepted scope; deposit cap. Job money via Stripe hold when matching is live (never IAP).
- Door → closeout — Named arriver + ID; change-order lock; closeout photos; conditional lien waiver; payout after accept — still on the same file. Trust →
